What Happens If I Cancel My Plan?
We do not offer recurring payments with subscription, but rather large savings on 1-year & 2-year pre-payments. These payments are non-refundable. At any time you may choose to close your account, and we will document this and deliver to you all server assets and release your domains. We do not take ownership of any assets, and all work remains property of the account holder. If you choose our Pay As You Go plan, you are responsible to make payments each month from within your account, and we will make sure you are reminded to do so.
Is There A Support Phone Number?
Because of our limited talent resources, telephone support will only be available for our Private Client Plan. Email support is very important to us however, and you can expect responses in a timely manner across all plans.
What If I Want To Upgrade My Plan?
If you purchased a Yearly Plan, but find yourself needing to upgrade, we will work with you to prorate your existing plan and move you on up, at no additional cost.

Every Plan is PRO.
Purchasing one of our hosting plans gives your business the ultimate peace of mind. Every plan includes free, unlimited management of Domain(s), Email Account(s), FTP Account(s), and more. We work around the clock as your personal team, making sure you have what you need for your website, right when you need it. We make sure your site is running smoothly, with a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%. We regularly perform backups, maintenance, and updates to all software, leaving you to do what’s most important – managing the day-to-day tasks with your business.
Plans Do Not Include A Website.
Managing hosting, domains, backups, and security is a task in and of itself. We’ve structured our plans to allow for maintenance of your website, but it does not include the cost of initially building it. Our Startup Packages can get you up and running in a number of areas, and your plan takes care of making sure it remains that way. Studio Retainers are available should you require a custom build, or for professional design and development as your website needs increase. Please contact us if you have any questions on where we draw the line.
Basic Hosting
Our Basic Plan includes the management of a single (1) Domain, and a single (1) website. You will have access to free resources available in the members area, as well as those services mentioned above as part of all plans. Support will be limited to email requests, and will have a slight delay in response due to priority.
Premium Hosting
Our Premium Plan includes the management of up to three (3) Domains, and up to three (3) websites. You will have access to premium resources available in the members area, as well as those services mentioned above as part of all plans. Support will be limited to email requests, but will be responded to in a quicker fashion.
Business Hosting
Our Business Plan includes the management of up to five (5) Domains, and up to five (5) websites. You will have access to extra premium resources available in the members area, as well as those services mentioned above as part of all plans. Support will be extended to direct communication, and receive instant attention.
Private Client
Our Private Client Plan includes the management of Unlimited Domains & Websites. You will have access to all premium resources available in the members area, as well as those services mentioned above as part of all plans. Support will be extended to direct communication, and receive instant attention.
Studio Retainers & Startup Packages
Studio Retainers
Our Studio Retainers are crafted in a way to offer discounts on larger workloads, completed within a single 30 day period. Our Studios can be contracted to work on an hourly basis without a Retainer, but will come at a rate of 60/hr, invoiced bi-weekly. Our $250 Retainer places our rate at $50/hr, the $500 Retainer at $40/hr, and the $1000 Retainer at $30/hr. Retainer hours must be allotted/depleted within 30 days from purchase; as any remaining hours will expire at this time. Retainer Packages must be purchased before work can begin. Our Project Management tool will give you access to track progress, as well as logged hours.
Startup Packages
We are working diligently planning new packages for the most common web solutions. We currently offer three levels of packages, and each are fairly simple in their approach. Please contact us to learn more about the specifics of each package.
