Can I Cancel My Plan When I Want?
We do not offer recurring payments with subscription, but rather large savings on 1-year pre-payments. These payments are non-refundable. At any time you may choose to close your account, and we will document this and deliver to you all server assets and release your domains. We do not take ownership of any assets, and all work remains property of the account holder. If you choose our Pay As You Go plan, you are responsible for making payments each month from within your account, and we will make sure you are reminded to do so.
